TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to D2 Media LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, booking services, or purchasing any products or subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services

D2 Media LLC provides real estate media services including, but not limited to:

  • Photography

  • Video (where applicable)

  • Drone media (where permitted by law)

  • Floor plans

  • Listing media packages

  • Subscription-based media services

  • Real Estate Marketing

  • Event Services

All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • Payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a partial or full charge.

  • Subscription unused shoots do not roll over unless explicitly stated.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of media services:

  • Refunds are given on a case by case basis, with no guarentee.

  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction related to personal taste or market performance.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.

5. Media Ownership & Usage Rights

  • D2 Media LLC retains copyright ownership of all media created.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the media for:

    • Property marketing

    • Personal branding

    • Social media

  • Media may not be resold, sublicensed, or used for third-party commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Turnaround Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, access issues, or client-provided materials are not the responsibility of D2 Media LLC.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Ensure property access

  • Follow the “Pre-Shoot Checklist” given by D2 Media LLC

  • Secure pets or animals

  • Disclose any hazards

  • Obtain permission from property owners when required

D2 Media LLC is not responsible for delays or quality issues caused by client-side conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • D2 Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless D2 Media LLC from claims arising from:

  • Misuse of media

  • Inaccurate listings

  • Unauthorized use of content

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
