Introduction & Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how D2 Media ("D2 Media," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit d2remedia.com (the "Website"), book or receive Services, use the Fotello booking/ordering/delivery platform (app.fotello.co) in connection with D2 Media, or enroll in Managed Social, our social media management service. It applies to website visitors and to Clients (real estate agents, brokers, and property owners) who book Services.

This Privacy Policy works alongside our Terms of Service. Where the two use the same defined terms (Client, Services, Booking Platform), they mean the same thing here.

Information We Collect

  • Contact information you provide when requesting a quote or booking a shoot: name, email, phone number, and company name.

  • Property and order information: property address, listing details, shoot requirements, and access instructions.

  • Payment information: processed by Stripe as integrated within Fotello; D2 Media does not directly store full card numbers.

  • Social media account access: for Managed Social clients, manager-level access to Instagram and Facebook business accounts (for example, via Meta Business Suite), and any content, messages, or comments D2 Media manages on those accounts as part of the service.

  • Website usage information: standard analytics data such as pages visited and browser type, collected automatically when you use the Website.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to: schedule, perform, and deliver Services; process payments and invoices; provide Managed Social by creating, scheduling, and posting content and engaging with comments/DMs on the Client's accounts; communicate with Clients about their Orders or subscription; and understand and improve the Website and our Services.

How Information Is Shared

We share information only as needed to run the business:

  • Fotello (app.fotello.co) — our booking, ordering, and delivery platform, which processes booking details and, through Stripe, payments.

  • Stripe — our payment processor, integrated within Fotello.

  • Meta (Instagram/Facebook) — to operate Managed Social on the Client's own accounts.

  • Other service providers who support our operations (for example, scheduling or design tools), bound to use information only to provide that support.

We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies & Analytics

The Website may use standard analytics cookies or similar technology to understand traffic and usage. The Booking Platform (Fotello) and any social platforms used for Managed Social operate under their own cookie and privacy practices, which this policy does not control.

Data Retention

We keep contact and order information for as long as needed to provide Services and for our business records. Raw files and Deliverables follow the retention window in our Terms of Service (currently 30 days after delivery). If a Client ends Managed Social, we remove our access to their social accounts as described in the Terms of Service and do not keep copies of account credentials.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we have collected about you; request deletion of that information; correct inaccurate information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. D2 Media does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no sale/share opt-out to submit.

Children's Privacy

The Website and Services are directed at real estate professionals and property owners, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we handle, including relying on established providers (Fotello, Stripe, Meta) for payment and social account security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change, and continued use of the Website or Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
