We've got it. Really.
If nobody's home, that's fine. We let ourselves in, turn on every light, open every blind, and leave the property exactly as we found it. It's not a favor — it's Tuesday. Trust us with the keys.
Give us the house for an hour.
We genuinely appreciate you walking us through the property. But for the sharpest shots and the fastest turnaround, it's best if everyone steps outside and away from windows once we start shooting. You'll have the place back before you know it.
The fine print. If the property isn't accessible or reasonably ready when we arrive, we may need to reschedule or end the appointment early — payments already made are non-refundable in that case. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
